Located in the municipality of Manhuaçu, this small family farm sits at 1420 metres - exceptional altitude for Brazil, where most specialty coffee grows between 900 and 1200m.

The farm is run by four family members - a father, mother, and their children - who manage every stage of production themselves, from cultivation to processing.

Fabiano has built the farm around a living agroforestry system

- fruit trees and native forest species interspersed throughout, providing shade, stabilising the soil, attracting pollinators, and creating the kind of microclimate that monoculture farming simply cannot replicate. It is an ongoing commitment, a farm in active transformation - and Fabiano is the one driving it forward, learning, adjusting, going further each season. This coffee is the evidence that it is working.

Cherries are selectively harvested by hand at peak ripeness, fully washed, and dried in a solar dryer* on raised beds to protect quality during the drying phase.

*solar dryer is more like green house, used to dry coffee quicker.
