Brazil, Patrocínio, farms and plantations located 15 kilometers east, each with its own characteristics. In this region, the local soil boasts significant diversity, being nutrient-rich and exceptionally mineral due to an extinct volcano known as Chapadão de Ferro or the 'Iron Plateau.' Apart from the region's warm and humid summers and mild, dry winters, it is likely one of the world's best places for coffee cultivation. In addition to soil, topography, and climate, human and cultural aspects play a significant role in shaping the unique terroir of the Cerrado region.
